What You’ll Do

Every day, you’ll be hands-on in production, shaping quality work that lasts. You will:

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel with accuracy and consistency

• Use a spool gun MIG for aluminum projects

• Handle light fitting and fabrication tasks as needed

• Read and work from blueprints and technical drawings

• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant

• Support your team to ensure projects move forward on time

What We’re Looking For

• 2 + years of professional welding experience (MIG on carbon steel required; aluminum strongly preferred)

• Skilled with spool gun MIG welding

• Ability to perform basic fitting/fabrication tasks

• A strong eye for detail and quality

• Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute as part of a team
