In this fast-paced, growth-oriented role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives within the transportation and logistics industry. In a Sales Representative job, you’ll be responsible for:
Partnering with the Director of Sales and Business Development to support industry and customer needs
Researching and identifying prospective customers within transportation and logistics markets
Communicating services and solutions to current and potential customers across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada
Representing the company’s services in a professional, value-driven manner
Assisting with customer bids, proposals, and marketing materials
Evaluating and processing RFPs and RFQs
Traveling up to 25% as needed
Supporting additional initiatives and requests from the Sales team
3+ years of sales experience
Prior knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry, including JIT freight
Experience working within USMCA environments (formerly NAFTA)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Professional, positive demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Spanish fluency is a plus
