Leading, training, and supporting the after-sales service team across the U.S. and Canada.
Providing advanced technical guidance to dealers on complex diagnostic and repair issues.
Managing service operations including warranty, technical training, and dealer communications.
Overseeing service budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
Promoting continuous improvement in service processes and dealer satisfaction.
5+ years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support for construction, or heavy equipment.
Proven leadership experience managing or supervising a dealer/distributor service network.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic control systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and diagnostic tools.
Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and service operations.
Competitive salary based on experience up to $120,000
