Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Unloading
- Safely unload inbound shipments and verify materials against packing lists
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate documentation
Order Picking & Packing
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
Material Movement
- Move product throughout the facility using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Stage materials in designated areas for storage or outbound shipping
Inventory Control
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Report discrepancies or quality issues
Safety & Housekeeping
- Follow all OSHA and facility safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Equipment Operator Responsibilities (if applicable)
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment
- Load/unload trailers and transport materials safely
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Morning to afternoon
- 2nd Shift: Afternoon to late evening (shift differential available)
- Weekend Shifts: Premium schedules may offer higher pay
Pay Rates
Warehouse / General Labor (Pick/Pack, Fulfillment)
- 1st Shift: $14.00 – $16.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: $15.00 – $17.00/hr
- Weekend Shifts: $16.00 – $18.00/hr
- Advanced picking roles: Up to $18.00 – $21.00/hr based on experience
Forklift / Equipment Operators
- Entry-Level Operators: $16.00 – $18.00/hr
- Experienced Operators: $18.00 – $21.00/hr
- Additional shift differentials may apply
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety
